AT SANNÄS MANOR
There is plenty to do at Sannäs Manor all year round. You can stroll in the charming manor park and nature trail, relax in the sauna, swim in the swimming pool or exercise in a modern gym. There is also a disc golf course in the yard.

Sannäs Manor has three comfortable saunas with fireplace rooms, a 16-metre heated swimming pool and spacious dressing rooms. Morning sauna and swimming are included in the room price. Our sauna facilities are also available for rent for various events.
Gym and sports hall
Our modern gym is equipped with Inotec Fitness machines and suitable for both fitness and strength training. Access to the gym is included in the room price. Sannäs Manor rents a sports hall where you can play tennis, floorball, volleyball and basketball.
Nature & outdoor activities
Our manor is located in a unique cultural landscape, along the River Ilola. We organise numerous nature activities from forest yoga to survival games. In our yard you can also play disc golf on a course of nine baskets or take a stroll on our 3-kilometre nature trail.
We have put together a wide range of fun team activities that develop communication and teamwork skills, inspire and get you moving. Would you like to save the world, organise a soapbox race, or indulge in an escape-room-style adventure? Find out more!
We organise a memorable evening programme for our customers at the historic manor, the Cellar Bar, or our meeting facilities. Casino Night and Poker School take you to the world of card games. Both Fat Pancho´s Cantina and Spelishow offer muchos games. The murder mystery serves the participants a chilling atmosphere.
We offer a variety of refreshing, relaxing and wellness-enhancing activities: mindfulness, yoga, Tibetan singing bowl relaxation, and various lectures on wellbeing. Some of the activities can be organised outdoors in the Manor Park, along the River Ilola.
Physical exercise has a multitude of benefits on health. It connects people to one another, releases endorphins, and is fun. At Sannäs Manor, you can take part in activities, such as orienteering or disc golf, or break a sweat in a Mover Body & Balance class or do yoga.
