Versatile meeting rooms in Porvoo, one hour drive from Helsinki.
At Sannäs Manor all meeting rooms are located in separate buildings – which guarantee privacy as well as peace and quiet for all our guests.
In attachment to the larger and mid sized meeting rooms there are smaller group rooms which are possible to book for different team work tasks.
The conference days caterings are served right outside your own meeting room. Our professional staff is always nearby and at your service!
Meeting facilities
The Manor houses 6 different meeting rooms, 16 seminar rooms, a sports hall suitable for conferences, and an intimate fireplace room in connection with the sauna. Our biggest meeting room accommodates 120 conference guests. All our meeting facilities are equipped with modern conference technology, note taking accessories, and wireless fibre network.
Lyseo, max. 120 people
The spacious meeting room in the Lyseo building, built in the 1970s, is suitable for approximately 120 people. There are four group working facilities around the meeting room.

Kymnaasi, max. 100 people
The spacious meeting room in the Kymnaasi building, built in the 1980s, is suitable for approximately 100 people. There are four group working facilities around Kymnaasi.

Kartano, max. 40 people
Kartano, located in the historic manor built in 1836 is a festive and bright meeting room, which is suitable for approximately 40 people.
Kartano has a variety of facilities, to which you can retire for small group discussions. To ensure privacy for your group, we always book the entire upper floor for your private use.

Väentupa, max. 30 people
The oldest building at Sannäs Manor, an idyllic log house from the 1700s, has a bright meeting room suitable for approximately 30 people with auditorium setup, 22 people with U-shape setup and 20 people with boardroom setup. There are four group working facilities in Väentupa.

Pehtori, max. 8 people.
Pehtori, located in one end of the Väentupa building, is a bright and cosy meeting room with boardroom setup. The room is suitable for 8 people.

Kirjasto, max. 12 people
Originally a library room with plenty of natural light, the meeting room has boardroom setup. The room is suitable for 12 people. The library is located in the Kymnaasi building.

Meeting packages
We have compiled three different meeting packages for 1 or 2 day meetings. All packages include meeting facilities suitable for your needs, modern technology, hot and cold drinks, snacks, and breakfast buffet at the Manor Restaurant. All packages can be tailored.
Hybrid meetings
ometimes there is the need to arrange a event where some of the participants are at the meeting and some participates remotely. At Sannäs Manor you can easily arrange a hybrid meeting with our own devices. We also work together with a reliable partner who has much experience arranging and setting up different virtual events.
Conference catering
We prepare food for catering in our own kitchen using fresh local ingredients. Our meeting packages always include breakfast buffet in the Manor Restaurant or savoury snacks served outside your meeting room upon arrival, lunch at the Manor Restaurant as well as afternoon coffee or tea served with small pastry, fruit and nuts, and refreshing flavoured water and ice water served in the meeting facility. In addition, you can pre-order power shots, savoury snacks, smoothies, confectionery, and refreshments.
