Check in is possible between 2 pm and 8 pm on the arrival day. Check out before 12 am.
If you are arriving late (after 8 pm), please let us know!

You can make reservation through our booking channel.
When making a reservation the reservation is moved to the shopping cart. You can also add for example a table reservation or some other additional services to the cart before finishing the final reservation.
Please make sure that you confirm the reservation and receive a confirmation letter to your e-mail.

Group reservation? No problem, our sales department will assist you by email [email protected] or by phone +358 19 5474 300.
Cancellation must take place on the previous day of arrival by 14:00 at the latest. For late cancellations or no shows, we charge the full price for one night, including taxes and possible reserved additional services.
If you have made the reservation trough our internet booking channel, you can easily cancel your reservation by clicking on the link in the confirmation letter.

If you booked your stay through Booking.com, please not that the cancellation must be done according to their directions.

Our conference hotel is located in Porvoo.
Arriving by car
Our adress Sannaistentie 540 07310 Sannainen, we are located only about 15-minute drive from Porvoo and under one hour drive from Helsinki. Google Maps.
Public transport
Unfortunately, public transport to Sannäs is restricted to mostly school days, mornings, and afternoons.
If needed, we are happy to help you order a taxi or other transport.
By bicycle
Welcome to us by bicycle! We are a bicycle-friendly location, and we have the “”Welcome Cyclist” badge. While visiting us your bike will be securely stored behind locked doors. More information from our front desk.
Parking
Our parking area is located directly to your left when you arrive at our yard, next to the main road. Parking is free of charge.
We have two charging stations for electric cars. We charge 5 €/charge, more information from the reception.
The area is also equipped with electric poles for the wintertime. The poles work with timers for 2 hours at a time, you can inquire about the keys for the poles from reception.
Our area map
Our hotel houses 87 double rooms with twin beds.
The rooms are in two separate retro buildings, Lyseo and Kymnaasi. The building´s architecture are classic charming and simple 70´s style.
Each room is equipped with TV, wireless Internet connection, and ensuite bathroom. Some of the rooms have a minibar. The rooms do not have individual air-condition.
In the Manor house, built in 1837, there is no hotel rooms. Here you can find our beautiful Manor restaurant.
In each room there is room for one extra bed for a 3–12-year-old child (additional cost).
When making a reservation you can add the extra bed from the additional services.
We also have a few baby beds that are free of charge. Please mention in the reservation remarks if you wish to borrow a baby bed.
We are open all year for groups upon request.

Our hotel welcomes individual guests during Sannäs Weekends- dates, the summer season and according to availability. Please note that when staying with us during other dates, there might be only restricted services available. Please contact us if you wish to get more information about what services we offer during your visit.

Manor Restaurant fri & sat 17–21 (dinner), sat-sun 8-11 (breakfast brunch).

Pets are also welcome! We add 10 €/night/room to the bill.
When you make a reservation, please add the pet surcharge to your reservation or contact us in advance.
Unlimited use of our modern gym is included in the room price.
The gym is equipped with: 7 Inotec Fitness machines, punchbag, cross trainer, exercise bicycle, and rowing machine. The gym is accessible for our guests 24/7.
A 3-kilometre trail fringes the estate.
Our disc golf course is free for all our guests and classic yard games can be borrowed from the reception.
Sannäs Manor has three comfortable saunas and a 16-metre heated swimming pool as well as spacious dressing rooms.
Morning sauna and swimming are included in the room price.
Our sauna facilities are also available for rent for various events.
The restaurant is located in the Manor, built in 1837. Our restaurant is open for conference guests and groups upon request.
During specific dates, we also open our restaurant for the public. For example, during Sannäs Weekend -dates, event days and the summer season.
Our conference guest´s timetables and servings are agreed separately.
