Sannäs manor is located in a unique cultural landscape, along the River Ilola – a popular destination among birdwatchers. You can take a stroll in the shade of old oak trees in the manor park or on a 3-kilometre lit nature trail, that winds through a diverse forest landscape, park, riverside and arable landscape.
There is a free nine-basket disc golf course for our customers in our yard. Maps and equipment are available at our reception.

Park Yoga at Sannäs Manor (60 min)
Deep forest™ Yoga is a gentle and caring Hatha Yoga class that stretches, reinforces and balances your body and mind. The class consists of easy movements, listening to your body and reshaping yourself to fit into the nature. To finish the yoga session, we relax on yoga mats, listening to the sounds of nature. The class is suitable for everyone, including first-timers and those who feel stiff. We recommend wearing flexible and warm clothes. The instructor will provide yoga mats.
Be at One with Nature Practise – calm your mind in peaceful forest (60–120 min)
During the exercise, you will learn skills to help you slow down and calm your mind. The exercises are carried out in a natural environment or park and can be held between sessions during a meeting or training day. The activity is suitable for individual and group coaching – whether a group of colleagues or friends. The instructor provides concrete ways to activate your senses in everyday life. You will enhance your connection to nature and calm your mind. Your senses will open up and you will experience peace as you become one with nature.
Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP)
SUP boarding is a new easily adopted form of water exercise that is suitable for everyone. It is an easy and fun way to improve your condition and get an excellent whole body workout. SUP stand up paddle boarding takes place on the River Ilola. Choose from the following options: SUP Outdoor for 1–12 persons: SUP Outdoor Basic (60–90 min), SUP Outdoor Canoeing tour (90–120 min), SUP Yoga or SUP Pilates (45–60 min).
Flaghunt – A Sporty flag hunting game (120–150 min)
In flaghunt, players search for virtual flags using Mini iPads. The team is awarded points at each flag point in real time. Knowing the score just adds to the excitement. Players can even trick their competitors. Flaghunt is a Finnish sporty award-winning innovation that everyone can play regardless of their physical condition. The game is played in pairs or in groups of three. Both tablets and walkie-talkies are used.
Up to 200 people can participate at a time!
Formula Downhill Basic (90–150 min)
Put on your coloured overalls and your rally helmets and let’s go! The Formula Downhill is a car bodywork building and downhill race for hill cars. Each team is working on the equipment of a basic version of a soapbox: metal, wheels, cardboard and so on. The aim is to build a cool ride! After the car show the race day culminates in the soapbox race.
Suitable for 20-100 persons (max. 16 teams, recommended 5 people / team)
Formula Downhill Event (90–150 min)
More extensive race experience than Formula Downhill Basic. The teams get their own pit tents, the event is hosted by a race host, background music completes the experience plus there is a tyre change competition and reaction testing.

Polar Games (90–120 min)
Based on traditional winter sports, Polar Games is a fun and brisk outdoor team activity, where you roll a colourful giant ball on the obstacle and mission tracks, shoot snowballs with a giant catapult at the target, ski as a team with long plank skis and test your memory. Dress according to weather. Possibility to book a backup program indoors for extra cost.

Orienteering in Sannäs (90–150 min)
Sannäs orienteering is an exciting team activity where you don’t have to run. The participants look for points with the help of Mini iPads. The tasks may include questions, multiple choice questions, observation tasks, quizzes, memory tasks, visual or sound riddles, etc. Participants can follow the real-time score. Instead of speed, thorough performance is rewarded. The tasks can be connected to the customer’s agenda for the day or details related to the company’s history, and the customer logo can also be displayed on the screen.

The Secret Army Rehearses Again (90–120 min)
This army-inspired team competition requires a good sense of humour and team spirit! The trainers of the famous Secret Army put to the test the teams’ communication and reasoning skills, ability to react, and precision, as well as brutal hand-to-hand combat preparedness. The activity can include, among other things,
- Shooting – teams of 5 people fire laser weapons into flying pucks or reversing targets. Guns don’t kick and firing sounds echo from the speakers on the scoreboard.
- Bomb demolition – the teams deactivate the briefcase bomb by performing five different tasks in the right order.
- Self-defense – a ‘brutal’ combat master with a black belt bender reveals the secrets of hand-to-hand combat, and participants have a chance to experience some efficient gripping techniques…
- Knife tossing – precision throwing with real throwing knives, might appear easy at a first glance…
- Skills testing – throwing exercise with stick grenades, catapult shooting, flag communication.
Suitable for 15–75 persons.
Manor Olympics (90–150 min)
The Olympics don’t need to mean gritting one’s teeth, instead it can be a relaxed, and fun event. The points include activities such as safe and modern laser shooting, velcro ball golf, Brain Teasers game and Bigfoot team skiing race/march with 2-metre giant stilts.
